<b>Herbal Remedies for Diabetics - </b>Diabetes is frightening. It causes pain, discomfort, lifestyle changes, unease, and disorientation, especially in a newly diagnosed patient. There are endless claims for herbal remedies, magic potions, and miracle cures. Are any of these real? Can diabetes be cured, or even helped with herbal cures?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>

Controlling blood sugar levels, for all diabetics, is a matter of life and death. Good control will provide a long, healthy, productive life. Poor control can lead to neuropathy, retinopathy, kidney failure and heart disease. Diabetes is a very serious, life threatening disease.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
How can a diabetic make their life better, healthier, more risk free?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here are the five steps to a better diabetic life from this author’s point of view:</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Testing</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Test your blood sugar regularly. <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Diabetics</a> who are well controlled will often check their blood sugar once a day. Those diabetics who are less controlled (levels over 175) should check their sugar no less than twice per day (morning and night). Also have your overall level checked by your physician every three months. (This test is referred to as an HbA1c).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OEtKjTfQbvw/WPYl3MCKL0I/AAAAAAAAAMo/gmXe6glQglInexZCO9d2dzimpNf6qhGwQCK4B/s1600/Diabetes%2BControl.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Better Diabetes Control" border="0" height="426" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OEtKjTfQbvw/WPYl3MCKL0I/AAAAAAAAAMo/gmXe6glQglInexZCO9d2dzimpNf6qhGwQCK4B/s640/Diabetes%2BControl.jpg" title="Better Diabetes Control" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Diet / Nutrition</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Diabetics should avoid refined sugars (regular sodas, candy, cake, pastries, etc.). These can be enjoyed, but should be enjoyed in moderation, in a very controlled diet. Fruits are recommended, in moderation, and should be substituted in the place of high fat / high sugar desserts. Never eat those items that have a high hypoglycemic index. (This is the rate in which the carbohydrate transfers into glucose in the blood). If you are unsure these statistics can be researched online, or you can speak with your doctor.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Water</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Dehydration and dry skin are common side effects of diabetes, and water should be consumed in healthy, large amounts. Keep your skin healthy, elastic, and hydrated.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Exercise</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Diabetics should exercise at least 3 times per week (for no less than 20 minutes). As with any new program or diet you should first speak with your doctor before beginning. Why exercise?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Exercise decreases your blood sugar levels, increases your metabolism, and increases your energy levels. Feeling tired is one of the most ignored symptoms of diabetes. Get on your feet and renew your energy, strength and health!</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Proper Foot Care</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Speaking of feet...this is a very touchy subject for most diabetics, literally. Neuropathy can cause severe pain in a diabetic’s feet, as well as the pain already caused by increased skin dryness, decrease of hydration in the skin and muscles, and decrease of movement, resulting in stiffness and swelling.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Check your feet EVERY day. Often times diabetics wait too late to report redness, swelling, or pain. Let your doctor know. A good remedy for the dryness is Hydrocerin lotion. This is available by prescription, so ask your doctor.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Always wear comfortable, cotton socks, with no visible seams. Diabetics should keep their shoes on when at all possible, even in doors, to avoid injury. Shoes should be comfortable, but not tight, with good support and “breathable”.</div>

<b>Health Benefits of Walking Everyday </b>- There is a common misconception that walking is not exercise. A lot of people believe that in order to be healthy and to lose weight, you need to do high impact exercise. Luckily, this is not the case. Studies have shown that walking provides great overall cardiovascular fitness, reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease, lowers cholesterol levels, lowers blood pressure, helps alleviate lower back pain, and reduces the risk of arthritis and osteoporosis. Walking also alleviates stress and depression and improves your immunity as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Additional <a href="https://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">benefits of walking</a> include stimulating creativity and problem solving skills, as well as being used as a form of meditation. Walking gives you the opportunity to be outdoors in the fresh air and the chance to watch the seasons change. It is also the perfect way to get away from phones, pagers, faxes, e-mail, and other interruptions. And, in addition to all these great benefits, walking is safe, easy, and cheap. What more can you ask for? Get out there and start walking!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KmEStYTi-LI/WPYkJoWMLbI/AAAAAAAAAMg/YhDKOnRgWFYuN4T4HeIVEM7Zh68g_rLXgCK4B/s1600/Health%2BBenefits%2Bof%2BWalking%2BEveryday.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img alt="Health Benefits of Walking Everyday" border="0" height="360" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KmEStYTi-LI/WPYkJoWMLbI/AAAAAAAAAMg/YhDKOnRgWFYuN4T4HeIVEM7Zh68g_rLXgCK4B/s640/Health%2BBenefits%2Bof%2BWalking%2BEveryday.jpg" title="Health Benefits of Walking Everyday" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><br /></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Getting Started (Consult your doctor prior to starting any exercise program if you are sedentary, a 40+ male, or a 50+ female.)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Stretch first to warm up your muscles. You should concentrate on stretching your torso, quadriceps, hamstring, gluteal muscles (buttocks), calves, and Achilles' tendon (heel). Hold each stretch for 15 to 30 seconds each, repeating at least once for each muscle group and being careful not to bounce.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ol>
<li>Wear loose fitting garments </li>
<li>Always carry water when you walk.</li>
<li>For beginners, walk 30 minutes a day 3 days a week, gradually increasing to 5 days a week.</li>
</ol>
<br />
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
How to Walk</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ol>
<li>Start slow and easy, at your own pace.</li>
<li>Push off from your back foot.</li>
<li>Walk heel to toe with a rolling motion of the foot.</li>
<li>Keep arms close to body and bent at an almost 90 degree angle to your body. </li>
<li>Hold your head high, keep shoulders down and relaxed, chest should be out, and eyes looking straight ahead. </li>
<li>Concentrate on breathing evenly and swinging your arms naturally.</li>
</ol>
<br />
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Walking Gear</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Shoes</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Choose a comfortable, lightweight shoe that has shock absorbers in the heel and in the ball of the shoe. It should also bend at the widest part of the shoe. The back of the shoe should be soft and contoured to help your foot roll forward.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Socks</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Wear white synthetic socks or white synthetic/cotton blend socks because colored dyes can aggravate athlete's foot. The heel and toe should be padded and, to prevent blisters, there should be no toe seams. The center of the sock should also have a tight weave to prevent bunching and slippage.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Hat/Visor</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Wear a hat in the early morning hours to keep warm and a visor on hot days to protect your face from the sun and to allow the heat from your head to escape, keeping you cool.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Pedometer</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For keeping track of how many miles you are walking.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Calorie Burn Counter</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
to help keep you motivated if you are trying to achieve <a href="https://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/2017/04/acai-berry-supplements-benefit-to-lose.html" target="_blank">weight loss</a>.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
10 Walking Tips</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ol>
<li>If you don't have a solid block of time, break your walking into smaller chunks. For example, instead of walking 1 hour, walk for 30 minutes twice a day. Studies have shown that this is as beneficial as walking for 1 hour at one time. </li>
<li>Wear reflective clothing at night and, if you must walk on a road or street that does not have a sidewalk, always walk facing traffic. </li>
<li>Incorporate hills into your walking route. This adds variety and challenge to your workout and raises your metabolism by at least 10%. </li>
<li>Interval train to get more out of your workout. Increase your walking speed for 1 or 2 blocks and then slow back down to your regular pace for the next 1 or 2 blocks. Continue to alternate between walking and speed walking. </li>
<li>If you are walking solo, listen to music or an audio book but always make sure that you can still hear what is going on around you. </li>
<li>Find a walking partner. In addition to the companionship provided, it will help keep you motivated as well. </li>
<li>Alternate your route to prevent boredom. Take one route every other day and another one in between. In addition to neighborhoods try the beach, a park, or a trail.</li>
<li>Another way to get more out of your walking routine is to swing your arms more. This helps burn more energy and helps you to walk faster. See power walking below for more information.</li>
<li>Add push ups, sit ups, and weight training to your pre-walk stretches to build muscle and strength.</li>
<li>Keep a log of your time, distance, and calories burned for motivation.</li>
</ol>

<b>Real Benefit of Fiber - </b>On average, Americans consume 10-12grams of fiber per day. To achieve optimal health benefits. We should at least be receiving 30-35grams of fiber per day. Did you know that fiber can benefit our bodies in ways such as lowering cholesterol, control Diabetes, and based on health studies, fiber can protect against Appendicitis, colon problems including diverticulitis, GI problems, and Irritable bowel syndrome. Fiber can help with obesity, ulcers and more.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels and protect against Heart Disease. According to the American Heart Association, people with diet rich in soluble fiber can decrease their cholesterol by 10% and have a 20% decrease in Cardiovascular disease. Fiber helps regulate a diabetic blood glucose level and use insulin better. Fiber can also help decrease the fast rising of blood sugars after meals by slowing the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kyHd0jS-duo/WPYhkh5Pj1I/AAAAAAAAAMY/A4iCkiRPAWUIMd0VeaC7GzJUNjPecRC8ACK4B/s1600/Real%2BBenefit%2Bof%2BFiber.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Real Benefit of Fiber" border="0" height="242" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kyHd0jS-duo/WPYhkh5Pj1I/AAAAAAAAAMY/A4iCkiRPAWUIMd0VeaC7GzJUNjPecRC8ACK4B/s400/Real%2BBenefit%2Bof%2BFiber.jpg" title="Real Benefit of Fiber" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Insoluble fiber is good for the intestines and according to studies has shown to be effective to reduce constipation, diverticulitis, Irritable bowel syndrome and other intestinal diseases.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The American Cancer Society recommends eating more fiber-rich foods. Fiber is excellent for <a href="https://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">weight management</a>. Obesity contributes to many health problems such as High Blood Pressure, hormone-ovarian related, degenerative joint disease and also including the ones we have already discussed. Fiber is also a major player in the battle of the bulge. Fiber binds with the water in the stomach making us feel full so overeating is less likely. This can actually reduce the number of calories the body absorbs. The insoluble fiber can assist in weight control by stabilizing the absorption of carbohydrates causing the blood sugar to stabilize and reduce fluctuation.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Fiber can be found in plant based foods. Meat and dairy products generally do not contain fiber. Soluble fiber (dietary fiber) can be found in oat bran, leaves, stems seeds and nuts of plants. Most whole grain products contain insoluble fiber. Fruits and vegetables contain both soluble and insoluble fiber. Everyone needs a balance of soluble and insoluble fiber.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Here is what 30grams of fiber looks like: 8 apples OR12 potatoes OR1-1/2 loaves of bread 30 prunes OR 30 cups of corn flakes.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Because most of us do not get our adequate amounts of fiber, a daily supplement is a great way to ensure that you will get your 30-35 grams of fiber along with your regular consumption of nutrients throughout the day.</div>

The risk of stroke is about twice as likely for migraine sufferers than it is for people who do not get migraines, but those with headaches should remember that the overall risk of stroke remains low. Not all people who experience migraines have a stroke. The link between migraine and stroke risk is unknown. Although one explanation could relate to a decrease blood flow to the brain seen with migraines, which is also a factor when artery blockages cut off blood to the brain resulting in a stroke.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What is a migraine?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

An intense throbbing pain often on one side of the head typically characterizes it. Some migraine sufferers also experience auras, which can include one of more of haloes, flashing or floating lights, lightning bolts, photophobia, scotomas, blurred vision or eye pain. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sometimes the sufferer also experiences weakness, language problems or other neurological disorders.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>What is a stroke?</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A stroke is a condition produced by a blood clot that lodges in an artery and blocks the blood flow to a portion of the brain, producing symptoms ranging from paralysis of limbs and loss of speech to unconsciousness and death. The part of the brain deprived of blood dies and can no longer function.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Migraine and stroke similarities</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Migraines with aura and strokes can have similar symptoms. A transient ischemic attack (TIA) is a minor stroke that is a powerful warning that a severe stroke may follow. Problems may occur if a TIA is mistaken for a migraine as they have similar symptoms such as for example: speech disturbances, weakness and problems with vision. The symptoms of a TIA are the same as for a full stroke but last less than 24 hours. Since the symptoms of TIAs go away within hours, the person may mistakenly believe they suffered nothing more than a migraine.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you are having a migraine that is worst than any other you have ever had it is important to seek immediate medical care. Extreme head pain can be a symptom of a stroke. Other symptoms that warrant immediate medical care are numbness or paralysis that you have not experienced with a migraine before, losing consciousness during a migraine and severe, unremitting migraine for more than 72 hours.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The risk is highest among young women with migraine with aura who smoke and use contraceptives that contain estrogen. Other risk factors are high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Those who suffer from migraines should not panic, but as with any disease, the risks that a migraine presents need to be known so that the proper actions can be taken to avoid complications.</div>

<b>What is Abdominal Migraine</b> - Anyone who has ever had a migraine will say they do not just happen in the head. The headache is usually the worst and most painful part of a migraine, but there is more. Most migraineurs (people who suffer from migraines) will talk about photosensitivity (sensitivity to light), phonosensitivity (sensitivity to sound), scent sensitivity, gastric pain, cramping, and vomiting.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-X0i9cP-_Goc/WL1zHCG8GnI/AAAAAAAAADo/z29EdyAVcqMC61e6hAVSFpi45hSPJhA9ACK4B/s1600/abdominal%2Bmigraine.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-X0i9cP-_Goc/WL1zHCG8GnI/AAAAAAAAADo/z29EdyAVcqMC61e6hAVSFpi45hSPJhA9ACK4B/s320/abdominal%2Bmigraine.jpg" width="320" /></a>Sometimes the abdominal symptoms show up without the other typical migraine symptoms. When they do, a patient is said to be experiencing an abdominal migraine. An abdominal migraine is pain, usually varying from mild to medium, in the abdomen. The pain is either along the midline or unspecified and is frequently accompanied by abdominal tenderness, cramp-like spasms, bloating, vomiting, and loss of appetite.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Since abdomen pain can be caused by a wide variety of conditions other causes need to be ruled out before a diagnosis can be made. In a classic abdominal migraine, no gastric cause for the pain can be identified. Migraineurs need to let their doctors know about their migraines when they experience unspecified abdominal pain so that the doctor knows abdominal migraine may be a possibility.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Abdominal migraines are most common in children. Children who experience abdominal migraines frequently grow up to be migraineurs. While abdominal migraine is not unheard of in adults, it is rare. Like most other types of migraine, it is also more common in females than in males.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
While the exact cause of abdominal migraines is unknown, it is highly likely to be related to serotonin deficiency. Serotonin deficiency has been linked in several studies to migraines, and 90% of the body's serotonin is produced in the gastric system. Serotonin deficiency causes cascading waves of nerve reaction in the brain when triggering a migraine and a similar process may be in effect in the abdomen.</div>

<b>7 Ways to Boost Your Metabolism - </b>If losing weight can be as fast as the speed of thought, we wouldn't see anymore thousands of weight loss products promising weight loss. The truth is stranger than fiction and when it comes to your body's metabolism, it will really take a lot of work and discipline. With the stress of the modern lifestyle comes the difficulty of losing weight because of fatigue, plus an onset of hypothyroidism. You just feel depleted of energy each day and you begin to wonder if all those energy drinks will help.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What exactly is <a href="https://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Metabolism</a>? It is actually the rate on which your body uses its energy... to burn calories. Then, there is this so-called Resting Metabolism which measures just how many calories your body needs to keep it working to its optimum. You can compute your BMR or Basic Metabolic Rate by multiplying your body weight by 10. So if you weigh 150 pounds, that means you have a total of 1,500 kcals ( calories ) a day. That's what you need to take to keep you healthy each day. More than this will mean weight gain.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h3>
Eat Breakfast</h3>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Instead of chowing down a huge meal that takes time to burn off completely, you may indulge yourself in frequent, smaller portions. This will help keep your blood sugar stable, giving your body a stable supply of energy to burn off calories. You can eat six meals a day, instead of the usual three. This will help you avoid the risk of overeating. Also, dinner should be the lightest meal of the day and take it 3-4 hours before you sleep.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h3>
MOVE!</h3>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A simple walk can truly do wonders to your body. Always get the opportunity to walk, while you can. Your muscles need a nice challenge to help it work at its best. Don't just overdo it and stop when the routine hurts.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h3>
Hydrate</h3>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Water is life and drink eight glasses each day to help the process of burning those calories and unwanted body fats. It can be a refreshing treat as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h3>
Do Energy Work</h3>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h2>
Get Quality Sleep</h2>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For your body to work well, you need to get quality, undisturbed sleeps at night. You will truly wake up feeling revived each day. Having problems getting a good night's sleep? Try listening to binaural beats before you go to sleep. A simple breathing and meditation exercise will help as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<h3>
Avoid Bad Habits</h3>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
From alcohol, bad foods, to drugs - avoid these at all costs since it doesn't only wreak havoc in your body's metabolism, but it can also lead to serious injuries and diseases.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall, you need to have a total commitment in living a healthy lifestyle if you want your body to maximize its metabolism. You can always choose natural, safe, and effective supplements to help you along the way. <b>How to Prevent Neck Pain - </b>In order to put things in perspective, we must know more about our own neck. If we do that, we know how to take care of it. Our neck consist of seven little set of bones, called the vertebrae, this set of bones starts from our upper torso, going up to the base of our skull. The neck isn’t only composed of bones. Aside from the vertebrae, the neck is composed of several little muscles, joints tendons, and ligaments. These are the usual composition of the skeletal system in combination with the muscular system. The protection of one’s own neck is crucial in the survival of man. It is critical for the function of various body systems. The neck is the bridge from our head, to the rest of other body parts.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The neck usually has the capability of rotating the maximum scale of 180- degrees from right to left, for a normal human being. From here, we can derive that exceeding to this range of movement; this too can simply cause pain.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In other cases of neck pains, treatment varies from immediate, to long term. Depending on the circumstances, we can guess that severe neck pains are more difficult in terms of treatment than that of the usual neck pains. Go seek medical attention if your neck pains more, rather than less. Neck pain sometimes, serves as symptoms to a more complicated and more severe disorder. Better, take care of your body and have a neck exercise that suits you best.<br />
<br />

<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
When should one seek medical attention Due to Neck Pain?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A difference can unmistakably serve as a serious warning. On having such neck pains, we can separate the serious to the not so serious. If it requires just a little shaking and bending, needless to say, there is no need for a doctor. However, if the following symptoms comes crashing down on you, you need help.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Severe pain due to injury – these things happen quite often to us, like when we didn’t realized then we had our neck in collision course to something. Realizing that you are suddenly in a lot of pain, you should see a doctor right away. It might be a bone fracture or something.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Shooting Pain – this kind of pain usually occurs from the neck, and then the pain spreads down, causing an individual to be numb. Do not delay, you must find help quickly; this might mean something more dangerous. Common description such as these are somewhat, a starting feeling for those who are about to have a heart attack!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Loss of Strength – Sudden pain such as these and accompanied by neck pain must have evaluation immediately, like the sudden cease of movement, dropping things that usually aren’t dropped for the ease of holding such. Look out; a person might need your help.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Rapid Change of metabolism, bladder, and bowel habits may indicate a serious problem, when neck pain proceeds to these kinds of symptoms. In means that there is some kind neurological trouble, that can be fatal.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If one faces one or more of these factors, one should really consider getting in touch with the nearest medical help that there is.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
How to Prevent neck pain?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sometimes, you wake up in the morning with this terrible neck pain. This is due to bad sleeping posture, which causes sprain in the lower back area of your neck. Neck pain remedies help ease the tension or sprain, which is actually irritation in the muscles, tendons, and the ligaments in the neck and upper back areas.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There are natural home remedies that are not really difficult to do. Whenever you feel pain during a busy day, you can go through the day in your head and check what could have caused the neck pain. It could be that bad sleeping position that night. So, next time you’re in bed, lie on your back or on your side instead.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You can apply ice to the painful area to get rid of the inflammation. You can use crushed ice and place them in a towel. Place this on the affected area to get rid of the pain.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To speed up your recovery from the pain, you should rest or relax. Simple exercises like neck tilting left to right and front to back can help strengthen the muscles. If the pain recurs and becomes severe, you should stop doing the exercises and start seeing the doctor.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Massages can also help. This promotes relaxation of the muscles and can be beneficial, too. Over-the-counter pills can also help, but it would be better not to rely on these for every little pain that you feel.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The best way is to find out what’s causing the pain and try to make adjustments accordingly. The neck pain remedies are great but prevention would be even greater.</div>

<li>weight loss, fatigue and generalized weakness</li>
</ul>
<span style="text-align: justify;">If you have any of the above symptoms it does not necessarily indicate prostate cancer however it is better to seek advice if you are worried. There are a wide range of treatments available for prostate cancer.</span><br />
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
There Is Hope For You</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There is hope. Your body has the capacity to heal and restore normality given the right environment. There are thousands of men who have successfully been cured from prostrate cancer without having to take drastic measures and who now lead normal lives. Warning signs of prostate cancer vary and some sensible options to consider could include one or more of these:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ul>
<li>Detox and nutritional support</li>
<li>Sensible dietary habits</li>
<li>Increased physical motivation and activity</li>
<li>maintaining high oxygen levels</li>
<li>Relaxation</li>
<li>A positive outlook on life</li>
<li>Lifestyle changes</li>
<li>Talking to someone about it</li>
</ul>
<h2>
<span style="text-align: justify;">The Prostate</span></h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ruo6Soaoopc/WNfTnN1GnJI/AAAAAAAAAG4/jrgQpuOuoGAr7JzZn3h3NBG8tfw8Xmt2wCK4B/s1600/Prostate%2BCancer%2BAwareness.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="Prostate Cancer Awareness" border="0" height="282" src="https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ruo6Soaoopc/WNfTnN1GnJI/AAAAAAAAAG4/jrgQpuOuoGAr7JzZn3h3NBG8tfw8Xmt2wCK4B/s320/Prostate%2BCancer%2BAwareness.jpg" title="Prostate Cancer Awareness" width="320" /></a>What are we made of? This small donut shaped gland surrounds the upper urethra, the tube that takes urine from the bladder to the penis and is about the size of a Walnut. It is found in all male mammals including men, monkeys and mice and is essential for the survival of the species. This is because the prostate produces some of the fluid that makes up semen. The growth and development of the prostate depends on the male sex hormone, testosterone, which is produced by the testes.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The prostate itself is made up of glandular tissue and muscle fibers. These fibers are known as a membrane (called the prostate capsule) that produce prostate-specific antigen. PSA. Developing a knowledge of the prostate and its function is important in prostate cancer awareness.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Who Is At Risk?<br />Is it you?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Having prostate cancer knowledge and prostate cancer awareness is one of the keys in prostate cancer prevention. This list is by no means complete but is an indication of possible prostate cancer.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Prostate cancer risk factors include:</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ul>
<li>having a relative such as brother or father with prostate cancer under the age of 65 - increasing your prostate cancer chance by 50%</li>
<li>being a male 45 years old or older</li>
<li>having a diet that is high in saturated /animal fat</li>
<li>living a sedentary lifestyle, mostly indoors</li>
<li>working under florescent lights/ artificial lighting</li>
<li>having exposure to heavy metals (e.g., cadmium)</li>
<li>being of African American /Hispanic decent</li>
</ul>
<span style="text-align: justify;">So while this may sound depressing and yes! recent statistics available rate prostate cancer on the increase, it is interesting to note that literally thousands of men worldwide find themselves looking for healthy options. Thousand more finding solutions and living healthy lives.</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>So men, you are not alone</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It has come time to develop for yourselves:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ul>
<li>an acute prostate cancer awareness</li>
<li>a programme for prostate cancer prevention</li>
<li>a time to follow basic principles and take your own steps towards prostate cancer prevention.</li>
</ul>
<span style="text-align: justify;">The warning signs become easy to detect, the options for the prevention of prostate cancer much broader.</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is my intention in the site to provide answers to your questions, practical information that you can implement and sensible choices that allow you to live healthy active lifestyles</div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">
So what is a prostate cancer natural cure?</h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Diet awareness, gentlemen, plays a key role in prostate cancer awareness!The prostate cancer natural cure option has always been preferrable to bombarding the body with chemical solutions!We are …(men, monkeys and mice)…what we eat!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Cells function in a regular pattern. This is called cellular balance.Certain foods drive this constant cycle of cellular replacement and cleansing process. Any prostate cancer cure acknowledges the role of the cell and natural or alternative prostate cancer treatment is the path of least resistance.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When the functioning of a single cell deviates or becomes irregular, disease occurs. When cells labor with toxic overload, immune defenses are compromised. The structure of a cells specific function deviates, eventually replicates and the genetic structure is altered. Small tumors or rapid duplicating of cells begins.These cancerous cells clump together, creating their own network and blood supply, feeding on the glucose and inorganic waste These cells thrive in a low oxygen, high glucose (anaerobic) environment. This is known as Prostate Cancer metasis.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Can We Prevent Prostate Cancer?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining high oxygen levels is one excellent option:</li>
<li>All green vegetables (especially the dark variety) contain high levels of available oxygen. Eaten in their natural form of course as heating over 30*c reduces oxygen to almost zero!Berry fruits (especially the red variety) contain high levels of anti-oxidants.</li>
<li>The ocean is teeming with blue/green vegetables saturated with bio-available oxygen. Is that why Japanese men have a low prostate cancer risk factor?</li>
<li>Tomatoes, with their high Lycopene content are essential in the prostate cancer diet.</li>
<li>Exercise the muscles regularly to increase cellular uptake of oxygen.</li>
<li>Breathing mountain air, sea air or clean forest air deeply enhances oxygen levels.</li>
<li>A diet of over 70% raw, organic fruits and vegetables is a great way to feed the body we walk around in.</li>
<li>Steak, chips and fried foods are highly anaerobic guys!</li>
<li>Relaxing the diaphragm, breathing deeply, enhances oxygen uptake.</li>
<li>Is A Prostate Cancer Cure Possible?</li>
</ul>
<span style="text-align: justify;">We would like to think so but every person is unique, has a variation in lifestyle, diet and genetic balance so alternative prostate cancer treatment varies according to the level of cellular health. Prostate cancer symptoms and their staging or metastatic progress, directly relate to the required prostate treatment.</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Scientists have proven the direct correlation to natural foods and the level of toxicity ( foreign chemicals in the blood) in prostate cancer natural cures. The greener the vegetable or herb, the darker the fruit and richer the anti-oxidants (cells that attack and neutralize oxidizing matter), the better the whole body feels.Spinach, broccoli, cruciferous vegetables, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, Lycopene in tomatoes and even sharks!! play a major role in improving the prostate cancer diet.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Is Your Prostate Getting What It Needs</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The prostate cancer diet should contain essential herbs that improve testosterone levels and assist with impotence, urinary tract function and the lowering of blood pressure. The plants and herbs for this section will be listed in later sites.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The body is an abundance of chemical reactions and the natural prostate cancer diet assists your prostate’s normal progression back to health<br />

When it comes to strengthening muscles the average trainee almost always makes some costly mistakes when trying to strengthen their muscles . Some of these mistakes include over training , don’t get enough rest , don’t consume the proper diet, etc. This guide is by no means going to cover 100% of what you need to do, but it will be a great addition to a really good workout plan and will help you achieve your ultimate goal of more strength.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First let’s start with the concept of working out too much when you are trying to build Extreme Strength. When following a workout routine you need to be sure to give your muscles enough time to recover or else they will be too tired to do anything else. Another reason you should allow your muscles to rest is because your muscles will only grow while they are resting. By overtraining or over stimulating the muscles you are not allowing sufficient time for recovery of the muscle tissues and therefore they are never obtaining the rest they need to grow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AhiuewVZn38/WNkjixb7c_I/AAAAAAAAAHo/RzgYDclxSlog1FCi18g2GdmV8VtN_2K_wCK4B/s1600/Guide%2BTo%2BGaining%2BLean%2BMuscle%2BIn%2BA%2BMatter%2BOf%2BA%2BFew%2BMonths.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="352" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-AhiuewVZn38/WNkjixb7c_I/AAAAAAAAAHo/RzgYDclxSlog1FCi18g2GdmV8VtN_2K_wCK4B/s640/Guide%2BTo%2BGaining%2BLean%2BMuscle%2BIn%2BA%2BMatter%2BOf%2BA%2BFew%2BMonths.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
If you are a month into an intense workout plan it would be a good idea to take about a 5 day break from working out a particular muscle group. This would give the muscles enough recovery time and would revitalize them for a whole other month of extreme training. It’s okay to continue your cardiovascular workouts and ab workouts while resting your muscles because there is nothing to build with cardiovascular and ab workouts. With cardiovascular and ab workouts you are just losing fat, burning calories and working up your heart rate.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Second let’s address the problem of trying to add Extreme Strength to your body and not sleeping right. Like addressed in the aforementioned, a muscle, like the human body, will only grow while it is resting. It is impossible for anything to grow if it is in continuous strain with no rest. I know this may not be habitual for some individuals but it is recommended to actually take 20 -30 minute naps throughout the week. This gives the body and your muscles the rest they need in order to grow. It has been proven that a 20-30 minute nap during the day is equivalent to getting 4 hours of sleep at night. So you can see the value of taking some “during the day” naps every so often.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Last but not least I would like to address the problem of having an incorrect diet while trying to build Extreme Strength. I absolutely despise it when people try to build muscle by training so hard, day in and day out, and then not eating the right foods. Then they get frustrated because they keep trying and trying and they still look the same as they did before they even started working out. Well the reality is that eating right is 80% responsible for sculpting the way you will look while working out. If you are only working out and not on the right diet then you will only see at max a 20% difference. Just to mention you would have to be one of the genetically gifted ones to be lucky enough to see a 20% difference. While trying to build nice lean strong muscles it is imperative that you eat healthy and non fatty foods. If you are trying to build muscle then eat a lot more non fatty calories and have a larger protein intake. If you are trying to maintain the muscle you already have then stay consistent with the volume of protein and calories you are intaking right now.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In conclusion, although this guide does not cover 100% of all aspects regarding muscle building it is an important guide in what is required to obtain that body you have always dreamed of. To keep this all summarized in your mind throughout your workout plan It is important to remember just three things: not to over train, get enough rest]rest your body and muscles, and to eat the right food.</div>

T-M-J is the first letters of the three anatomic parts of the head. T= Temporal bone (skull), M= Mandible (lower jaw) and J= Joint, which connects two bones together. Between temporal bone of the skull and condyle of the mandible is a disc similar to the ones between your backbones. This disc acts as a third bone within the joint, and is made of a dense fibrous connective tissue, which has repair potential. TMJs are held together by a group of ligaments, similar to the knee, hip, or shoulder joints. These ligaments can be damaged, and the disc can become displaced; which we call TMJ disorder (TMD). If one TM joint is injured, the other joint will usually become affected in the future.<br />
<br />
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the most complex joint in the human body. It has hinge movement, circular movement and sliding movement in the same socket, and its function is dictated by the teeth. It has dense anatomy of nerves, muscles, blood vessels, ligaments, and tendons within a small area. If you have disorder in such complexity of neuromuscular compact, it reveals various signs and symptoms to the entire body, from head to toe, through neuromusculoskeletal system.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
TMJ is probably the most commonly used joint in the body next to the heart. It moves each time when we chew, talk, sing, breath, yawn, swallow, walk or move. Average person uses TMJ 2000-2500 times a day and if you talk or chew a lot, you may use it 5000 times or even 10000 times a day. However, TMJ is less honorable part of the body because of lack of knowledge of its importance, functions, mysterious anatomic structures, and complicated movements.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Medical research has not yet defined all the causes of the various TMJ disorders. There is no single cause for TMJ Disorders. There are multiple causes such as: Malocclusion (a bad bite, crooked teeth, poorly aligned teeth), missing teeth, broken teeth, under developed dental arch, bruxism (grinding teeth), para-functional habit, post surgery, scar tissue, falls/injury, automobile accident, whiplash, trauma (macro and micro), structural imbalance (short leg, short arm), mal-alignment of cervical spine, chronic stress, arthritis, emotional/psychological disorder, internal organ dysfunction, nutritional imbalance, job related poor postures, and long-term repetitive movement are all could be causative factors.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-drQnIjg0m5o/WNkkaASzcmI/AAAAAAAAAH0/Yw4v-VH2sEk723XFoBfSfQMCow9xgsxkQCK4B/s1600/Temporomandibular%2BJoint%2BDisorder.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="215" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-drQnIjg0m5o/WNkkaASzcmI/AAAAAAAAAH0/Yw4v-VH2sEk723XFoBfSfQMCow9xgsxkQCK4B/s400/Temporomandibular%2BJoint%2BDisorder.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The jaw is literally one end of the skeletal chain. The ligaments, tendons and muscles that are holding Jaw/TMJ are very small and even minor distress placed upon them chronically, can disturb normal TMJ functions. When muscles and joints are distracted over the limit, it will often go into a spasm (cramp). This spasm can become part of a cycle that results in tissue damage, pain, muscle tenderness and more spasm.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you have a well balanced and maintained TM joint, you may not notice any signs or symptoms. Balance of the TMJ is directly related with the balance of the bite, and this bite could be influenced by even 1/1000 of an inch of interference. Bite changes during the lifetime and so does the TMJ balance.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ/TMD) Symptoms</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
TEMPOROMANDIBULAR DISORDER (TMJ/TMD): TMJ disorder is collection of symptoms which result when the chewing muscles and jaw joints do not work together correctly. When normal relationships between the condyle, the disc, the fossa and the eminence are altered or distracted for whatever reason, the result is called "internal joint derangement". Internal derangement includes cartilage disc displacements, clicking, popping, stretched or torn ligaments, perforated discs, infection/ inflammation of the capsule or tissues, and adhesions of the cartilage to the socket of the jawbone. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When a problem is related to the muscle disorders, this is called myalgia/myofascial pain (pain from sore muscles). Pain is usually due to persistent contraction of the muscle as they attempt to keep the lower jaw from excessive movement. This causes pain to the jaw, face, head, neck and eventually translating to the shoulder, arm, back, hip, knee and foot.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
HEADACHES: One of the most common TMJ disorder symptoms is headache. Over 90 percent of all chronic headaches, however painful, arise primarily from muscle contraction, most of which originate in the neck. The pain of muscle contraction headache usually starts in the forehead, temples or back of the head and spreads over the neck and shoulders. When neck muscles are dysfunctional or tight, this compresses the occipital nerves, one of the common nerves causing headaches. When there is additional stress, mostly bad bite, that causes TMJ dysfunction, it makes them tighter, and compressing on nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatic channels within the joint spaces. This combination of process can lead to the development of various kinds of headaches; migraine, tension-type, cluster-type.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The forte of the Resultant Force Vector Technique is the unique ability to reduce abnormal muscle tension and to restore balance within the body by correcting bite and establishing physiological function of TMJ. Through this technique, stress-related headaches have been relieved 90-95 percent of the time in the absence of complicating medical problems. If you, or people you know, suffer from weekly or daily headaches, and are taking medications without knowing when the headaches will cease, something is wrong and it would be worthwhile to be evaluated.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER: The musculoskeletal system is the master system in our body. It controls posture, breathing, gait, and body movement. If you have a TMJ musculoskeletal disorder, you may experience unbalanced walking, discomfort standing/sitting, muscle pain on neck/shoulder/low back, difficulty taking deep breaths, limited range of movement, Chronic fatigue, indigestion etc.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If the force of occlusion is changed according to the direction of muscular movement and bio-mechanical movement, this can eliminate the pain and improve function faster than taking pills or any exercise.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
FIBROMYALGIA: This is one of the most prevalent rheumatic disorders affecting women between the ages of 25 and 55. Most FM patients complain of generalized pain that is difficult to pinpoint and often state "it hurts all over."</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hundreds of prominent researchers and clinicians have spent their time, effort and multi-million dollars (maybe multi-billions around the world), to find the cause of FM and pain mechanisms. So far, they recognized the following as possible causes of fibromyalgia: physical trauma, chronic pain conditions, arthritis, chronic mechanical stress, psychological distress, significant emotional stress, repetitive environmental stimuli, genetically decreased threshold, mechanical stress in the spine, automobile accident, infection, sleep deprivation, psychosocial factors, stress, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, irritable bowl syndrome, headaches (migraine, tension type), restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, temporomandibular pain and dysfunction, myofascial pain syndrome, primary dysmenorrnea, chronic fatigue syndrome, female urethral syndrome, neuroendocrine dysfunction, central sensitization (sensitive central nervous system caused by continuous irritation of chemical, heat, touch etc). WOW! WHO COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE FIBROMYALGIA? Researchers can talk of all kinds of clever things, but do they actually translate into anything meaningful or helpful? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What are you going to do and whom are you going to seek to help you? Are you going to visit every single healthcare professionals or are you going to treat each individual symptoms one after another or are you just going to take all kinds of pain pills? What are you going to do the side effect from the medications? Now, think and ask yourself. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
AT TMJ, Head & Neck Pain Center, we treat fibromyalgia as one of the "Dental Distress Syndromes". Fibromyalgia is not a disease, but a symptom of autonomic nerve dysfunction, which influences to the neuromusculoskeletal system. Whatever causative factors are applied to the body, it distresses the bite, TMJ and autonomic nervous system. Teeth are very closely related to the autonomic nervous system, and if we could remove the causative dental distress from the scenario and re-establish physiological functions to the TMJ, patients can alleviate pain within a few weeks without medication, painful stretching exercise or any unfavorable treatment, as the body balance re-establishes. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
OCCIPITAL NEURALGIA is the most common cervical nerve disorder. Common cause is after motor vehicle accident (whiplash), striking the back of the head during a fall, during a surgical procedure which patient's head rotated or neck hyper-extended, repetitive long term abnormal posture, chronic dental distress. Symptoms are: pain of the back or front of the head; pressure behind the eye; light sensitivity; nausea; pain radiation into the ear, shoulder and arm.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
NICO (Neuralgia-Inducing Cavitational Osteonecrosis): Many patients who have been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia turn out to actually be having neuralgia pain from NICO lesions. Most NICO lesions are found in the alveolar arches where teeth have been extracted. If your teeth have been extracted, there may be unhealed, necrotic lesions in your jawbone.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Diagnosis and treatment of neuralgia is difficult and complicated. Ineffective or inappropriate treatment might lead to worse and patients may wander from neurologist, anesthesiologist to dentist without relieving pain.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Neuralgia in the face and jaw area, is related with trigeminal nerve and facial nerve, which are directly related to TEETH and TMJ. Among the TMJ practitioners, neuralgia is well known symptom and could be controlled by proper medication, balancing dental occlusion and normalizing TMJ relationship. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Chiropractic therapy, physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture therapy, etc., may be the possible choice of treatment modalities. However, if symptom remains after certain number of months therapy, the internal force vector of the incident may be perpetuated into the TMJ and remains as a foci of dysfunction of the altered mandibular-cervical relationship, hanged the tone of masticatory muscles. Until the TMJ relationship is corrected, some degree of symptoms may persist despite of various treatment modalities. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
UN-RESOLVED CHRONIC PAIN: If any pain does not go away in a reasonable period of time (i.e. 3-6 months), it becomes chronic pain, and requires different modalities of treatment. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Traditional <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">medicine</a> does an excellent job with acute pain, but performs poorly with chronic pain. Pills, physical therapy, surgical intervention, psychiatric evaluation/counseling, and "Learning to live with it" are the standard treatments options for chronic pain patients. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Chronic symptoms are controlled by the autonomic nervous system, consisting of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, which may demand long term care without promise for progress or cure. This may force life style changes that were previously enjoyed, and causing one to easily fall into depression.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If muscle tones and posture changes, and/or scar tissue forms, the musculoskeletal system of the body and TMJ relationship changes automatically, and this can cause various chronic symptoms. The relationship between teeth and abnormal muscle tension are frequently ignored by the medical establishment because they cannot over-ride the influence of the teeth on the muscles.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
CHRONIC FATIGUE/LACK OF ENERGY: Many people blame their age. Aging may be one of the factors, but there are multifactor, which cause chronic fatigue: improper nutrition, continuous un-resolved stress, chronic illness such as; diabetes, cancer, allergies, hypoglycemia, hypothyroid, poor circulation, taking multiple drugs, all have to be considered as well. If you have dental distress syndrome, which perpetuate into TMJ, it may influence the masticatory, digestive, endocrine, neuromuscular systems causing inadequate energy production and extra energy consumption costs to your body, leading to chronic fatigue. Keeping peak energy condition requires multidisciplinary attention. Balancing the bite and TMJ is one of the most effective proven treatment modalities. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
POST TMJ SURGERY SYMPTOMS:15-20 years ago, various surgical methods and techniques were developed for TMJ surgery. It was one of the most popular treatment modalities for patients whose symptoms would not be relieved by splint therapy or other conservative treatments. However, despite some experiencing symptomatic relief, patients have suffered more after surgery. The procedure was irreversible and there was nothing much to do except medicate to control the pain. Because of the severity of pain and side effects of drugs, both patients and doctors struggled. These days, better non-surgical techniques and drugs have developed, and both surgeons and non-surgeons consider surgery as the last treatment modality option. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Dr. Wesley Shankland, Past President of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain recommends three criteria be satisfied before TMJoint surgery is tried. The criteria are:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
All conservative treatment was a failure. If splint therapy is a failure once, it should be repeated, with a different splint design, or by a different doctor.<br />
<br />
There has to be a demonstrable physical or structural explanation for the patient's complaints. A physical problem can be seen with an MRI, x-rays, or with dye injections into the joint (arthograms). Make certain that this is not an exploratory surgery or that the surgeon "thinks" this surgery will help.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Patients must be suffering so much that they must take strong pain medication, and their life-style is greatly altered. In other words, the patient must be desperate and at the "end of their rope" before surgery is attempted.<br />
<br />
Don't permit the doctor to proceed with any invasive or irreversible procedure too soon, and insist on a referral to other practitioners who are trained to listen to symptoms, observe signs, and place these findings into neat packages to determine a diagnosis and treatment into a conservative non-invasive modality. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Most TMJ practitioners believe that many symptoms, that do not seems like dental related, are caused by TEETH/TMJ disorders and calling it "The Great Imposter." Chronic fatigue/lack of energy, stiff neck, dizziness, ringing in the ear, light headedness, blurred vision, pain behind the eye, muscle twitching, numbness or tingling, speaking disorder, swallowing difficulty, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), seizure, could not fall in deep sleep, snoring, difficulty breathing, keep changing position of sleep, nasal stiffness, allergies, unstable walking, fall down often, head forward posture, unparallel shoulder height, un-corrected scoliosis, pain in the hip/leg/foot/heel, restless leg syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, Parkinson's disease, irritable bowels, are part of TMJ disorder symptoms.</div>

<b>When You Have Periodontal Disease - </b>Because of periodontal disease, Americans lose about 30 million teeth in the span of a year. When it comes to this, the hard tissue of the jaws becomes exposed as plaque fosters bacteria that eat away the gums. The reason why the tooth begins to work loose is because the bone in the jaws decays and recedes. What a number of dentists are relying on to stop this process is a new material known as HTR polymer. They actually end up gritting their patients’ teeth but it works.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
For nine years now, packing HTR polymer into the gaps that occur between the teeth and the diseased jaws are several periodontists on the East Coast. What this polymer consists of are tiny porous plastic beads coated with a calcium compound and it bolsters jaw ridges as denture anchors not to mention prevents jaw deterioration where a tooth has been removed. <br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Based from what a New York periodontist said, plaster of Paris, human bones, animal bones, and all sorts of fillers have been tried out. Unlike this one, none of these have been working consistently. What a company spokesman said was that the new materials manufacturer mentioned that a lot of teeth, millions even, can be saved by this product. When it comes to HTR, a number of experts remain skeptical just like they were with various ceramics and metal pins that preceded it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
An official of the American Dental Association’s council on materials and instruments said that the jury is out on this. When it comes to a material that can stimulate bone growth, nothing has been able to do so. Considering the 647 uses of the material, a recent company backed survey of 64 dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons discovered that 634 of these are successful.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
During the attempt to save teeth loosened by periodontal disease, the failures happened. Prior to receiving the Food and Drug Administration approval in 1983, HTR was used experimentally in just a few clinics in New York and the surrounding area. What the company claims is that a 98 percent success rate in more than 4,000 uses worldwide can be attributed to the material. Get further information from best cosmetic dentist about dentistry and more.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Especially for the results and the material itself, these have not been submitted to the dental association who has no official position. The company hopes that the material will gain acceptance nationwide. Biologically compatible, non-reabsorbable, hydrophilic, meaning capable of taking up water, and negatively charged. HTR in this case can be the ideal grafting material.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Considering HTR, he said that it works mysteriously yet simply. Injected in the corroded space around the tooth are the small granules so that they can serve as a sort of scaffolding around which new bone material can collect and grow. When it comes to the hydrophilic nature of the material, it allows it to attract wet bone marrow cells and the negative charge holds them there and stimulates growth. The calcium allows the material to integrate with the bone.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
No longer willing to consider stopping with teeth is this man who was once the head of dental research at a medical school in New York. In terms of HTR which stands for hard tissue replacement, he said that it should work anywhere it is called for. What he said was that they already did a considerable amount of work on the spinal fusion and in the treatment of bone fractures. When HTR is properly molded, it can easily be used as a complete bone replacement.</div>

For quite some time now, health experts and dietitians continue to be in the process of proving the benefits of drinking milk as an aid to treating heartburn and acid reflux or even GERD.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Numerous authors of health books and journals have claimed that lactose and lactic acids, which are the components present in milk, aggravate acid production thus causing abdominal cramping and pain. This is certainly not an ideal condition in people who are suffering from digestive disorders. After all, who would want to suffer even more pain during <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/2017/03/natural-relief-for-heartburn-how-to.html" target="_blank">heartburn</a> if he or she is already in distress?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JHLrtKLZpZs/WNVEED7S4cI/AAAAAAAAAFI/2M5YTgYBBccUYFav_WOMo-HvLUmLvvF1gCK4B/s1600/Full-Fat-Milk.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="392" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JHLrtKLZpZs/WNVEED7S4cI/AAAAAAAAAFI/2M5YTgYBBccUYFav_WOMo-HvLUmLvvF1gCK4B/s640/Full-Fat-Milk.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Due to this, we question, is drinking milk really bad when you are suffering from heartburn?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The benefits you can get when drinking milk are numerous. It contains some of the chief minerals required for the body. These are calcium, phosphorus, iron, and iodine. We all need more of these as opposed to the other minerals because they give our bodies the adequate ability to function normally. Accustomed as we are to thinking of large quantities of minerals, it is often difficult for us to realize that such small amounts can really do any good. Yet almost all of those that are present seem to be necessary for smooth working of the body. This is why milk should be incorporated in our daily diets to attain the four mentioned minerals.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Calcium, as the major mineral present in milk, has a dynamic effect upon both nerves and muscles. If for any reason the calcium in our bodies drops below the safe level, the nerves become extremely irritable. The muscles go into spasm, and cramping pains are felt in various parts of the body. One of the major roles of calcium is its task in making our heart operate in a smooth and regular rhythm. It would likely become very irregular and might even stop beating altogether if our calcium level drops. It also plays an important role in the formation and structure of the bones and it goes hand in hand with phosphorus. Altogether, they keep the bones strong and firm, and make our teeth hard and durable.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Aside from milk one of the greatest providers of calcium can be found in dairy produce, vegetables (the green ones), beans, soy beans, lentils, potatoes, peas and fish. The most easily absorbed form of calcium is that found in cheese, buttermilk, and of course, plain old milk. A diet that is rich in calcium helps to promote growth. It increases one’s vitality and adds vigor to the later years of life. People who have been given adequate amounts of calcium in their youth not only live longer, but they also seem to escape some of the hazards and disabilities of old age.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So why is milk, in spite of all the goodness it can give to our health, a questionable grub in the role it plays to people who are having troubles with digestive disorders?</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
HeartBurnIs it really bad to drink milk during an episode of heartburn or acid reflux? Or could it really bring relief?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Doctors in the olden days treated gastric ulcers with milk. During acute stages, a liquid diet is given. This consists largely of milk and cream. The liquid diet must be taken every two or three hours at first. After a few days, pureed foods and fruit juices may be added. Some doctors would prefer the patient to drink condensed milk, a type of milk that is viscously prepared with a mixture of sugar. It is the viscous property that is presumed to attract excess acid in the digestive tract.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On the other hand, some doctors would recommend their patients to drink fresh cow’s milk due to its unprocessed concentration which is thought to have more lactic acid and lactose content compared to the pasteurized and commercially produced versions. There are scientific studies and testimonials from patients during the late 70’s that proves the efficacy of milk in reducing the incidence of heartburn. Unfortunately, modern medicine disagrees with this notion.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Medical doctors today discourage drinking milk as an acid blocker for heartburn and acid indigestion. They claim that milk is a potent acid stimulator and increases the risk of ulcers and indigestion. In addition, milk delays the healing process of ulcers and it promotes ulcer formation because it serves as food for the bacteria Helicobacter pylori (the bacterium that causes peptic ulcers). Milk also has the tendency to encourage acid production causing even more severe heartburn.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is mainly the reason why researchers are convincing health care practitioners; especially those who are influenced that milk is good to lessen the symptoms in heartburn, that it can never be a supplementary treatment or first aid intervention during such a condition. Furthermore, milk contains fat which is an element that promotes acid production as well.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
While others are still skeptical and some may have been persuaded about this, it is imperative to assess carefully if milk can really relieve heartburn. Whether or not you believe the claims, there is always the possibility of acquiring either a positive or negative result. Talk to your physicians first. Read various journals and articles about the subject matter. Understand the needs of your body and incorporate simple preventive measures and/or natural remedies to avoid heartburn. With the right disposition and information, the risk of potentially harming yourself can be avoided.</div>

A few months back, I frequently get this uneasy, oftentimes painful feeling in my chest usually after eating. So when it re-occurred a few more times, I was alarmed. That’s when I consulted the doctor, and I was told I had heartburn.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hi, my name is Louie and if you’ve found your way here, then you may be suffering from heartburn too.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I’m usually afraid of taking drugs because of their associated complications and side effects, you know. So I told myself, there must be some non-drug treatment that will produce no side effects. I had to find it fast but I had to be cautious.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Well, I discovered this product called Heartburn No More. It’s supposed to be composed of easy-to-do, holistic techniques as remedies for heartburn without the use of any drugs or antacids. And I was elated. Could this be the natural cure I was looking for?</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Just What Is Heartburn?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X5hofP9G0TY/WNPk9yWek0I/AAAAAAAAAE4/NWjYHGhnop4qua5vzOkD72pnB_aUPMU-QCK4B/s1600/what%2Bis%2Bheartburn.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Natural Relief for Heartburn, How to Stop The Pain" border="0" height="180" src="https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-X5hofP9G0TY/WNPk9yWek0I/AAAAAAAAAE4/NWjYHGhnop4qua5vzOkD72pnB_aUPMU-QCK4B/s320/what%2Bis%2Bheartburn.jpg" title="Natural Relief for Heartburn, How to Stop The Pain" width="320" /></a>While it may be called heartburn, this disorder does not actually involve the heart, but resembles symptoms similar to heart attack. Heartburn is in fact an irritation of the esophagus caused by the digestive acids’ reflux from the stomach.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The area where the esophagus and stomach meet (termed Gullet in the illustration) has a muscular valve called the lower esophageal sphincter or LES. This opens and closes to regulate the flow of food in the stomach while keeping the digestive acids in. If LES does not close tight enough or opens frequently, it can cause the acids to reflux and allow these acids to escape from the stomach to the esophagus where it will leave a burning sensation there.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Experiencing heartburn once in a while may not necessarily be dangerous. However, as the doctor said, frequent occurrence of this disorder can lead to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a severe form of <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">heartburn</a> where the esophagus is frequently exposed to the acids. The lining of the esophagus is damaged and can lead to further complications to the digestive tract.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Who Gets Heartburn and Why?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Everyone can get heartburn. It has been shown that 10% of Americans suffers from heartburn daily and up to 50% of <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/2017/03/heartburn-during-pregnancy-why-and-how.html" target="_blank">pregnant women</a> are prone to heartburn. In fact it occasionally occurs to 30% of the world’s population.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
There are several reasons why you get heartburn.</h3>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
Food and Drinks</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Alcohol. Alcohol relaxes the lower esophageal sphincter and allows stomach contents to reflux into the esophagus. Alcohol also promotes the production of more stomach acids.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Coffee, Tea & Other Caffeinated Drinks. Caffeine also relaxes LES.</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Fried & Fatty Foods</b>. These food types slow down your digestion process causing food to stay in the stomach longer, thereby creating more pressure inside the stomach that ultimately weakens the LES.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Chocolate</b>. Chocolates contain a lot of theobromine which, like caffeine and alcohol, relaxes the LES.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Acidic Juices and Foods</b>. Fruits, vegetables, and juices like oranges, pineapple, grapefruit, and tomatoes are acidic and therefore help increase the acid content in the stomach.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Large Meal</b>. Having a very full stomach may put extra pressure on the LES which will increase the chance of some stomach contents to reflux to the esophagus.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Tobacco</b>. The chemicals present in cigarette smoke help weaken the tightening ability of the LES.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Eating 2-3 Hours before Bedtime</b>. Eating just before sleeping can lead to a full stomach that exerts more pressure to the LES when you lie down.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Pregnancy</b>. Pregnant women’s large belly can give extra pressure to the LES.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Obesity</b>. Obese people’s belly also has the tendency to exert more pressure to the LES.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Tight-Fitting Clothing</b>. Wearing clothes that are too tight might squeeze the stomach and thereby forces stomach contents including the acids to go up against the LES.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Should You Be Concerned You May Have Heartburn?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Persons suffering from heartburn complain from the following symptoms:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Burning Sensation</b>. The acid reflux can cause a burning sensation in the esophagus located behind the breastbone.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Water Brash</b>. The pain felt from an acid reflux may remain in the lower chest or it could also radiate all the way back to the throat causing a sour taste in the back of the throat, or water brash.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Coughing Episodes</b>. Acid reflux can reach the larynx (voicebox), causing cough or hoarseness in the voice.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Tooth Decay</b>. Prolonged reflux can be so severe that they will reach the mouth and the acids will wear away the teeth’s enamel, causing tooth decay.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Serious Bleeding</b>. Recurring irritation of the esophagus can lead to inflammation and ulcers. Further complications can lead to serious bleeding which can manifest as blood in stools or phlegm.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If these symptoms remain untreated they may last for weeks or months, or even longer. If you’ve experienced any of these, act now. But don’t worry, there is a guaranteed permanent cured.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
How Is Heartburn Treated?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After consulting with your doctor, he or she may advise you to do the following:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<ul>
<li>Eat smaller portions of meals</li>
<li>Not to eat just before going to bed</li>
<li>Elevate your head when sleeping to keep stomach acids from refluxing to your esophagus</li>
<li>Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, and ibuprofen</li>
<li>Minimize smoking</li>
</ul>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These are all very good, and you have to comply with them. However, they are not the real cure. The doctor then will prescribe you a list of possible combination of antacids or proton pump inhibitors. In truth, these will only provide temporary relief and even bring side effects.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Natural Relief for Heartburn?</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The good news is there’s a known natural relief from heartburn. The great thing about these natural heartburn remedies is that they are like heartburn remedies because they don’t cause any side effects and they stop the occurrence of heartburn permanently!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The natural remedy for heartburn that I’ve tried is called Heartburn No More. It’s actually a strategy that helps you achieve not only heartburn but most digestive disorders holistically in as easy as 5 steps.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It’s proven by thousands of women and men, like me, to permanently eliminate heartburn and bring relief the natural way without the use of drugs. Great thing is, since it’s natural, no side effects!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
My only complaint is you have to be more patient if you suffered from heartburn longer than most. Well, it’s understandable because it is the natural way so the healing process has to occur naturally and will take time.</div>

<span style="color: #741b47;">Heartburn During Pregnancy Is Not An Uncommon Incident</span></h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of the common experiences of pregnancy is heartburn during pregnancy, it usually is harmless but it can be very annoying. <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/2017/03/simple-and-natural-remedy-for-heartburn.html" target="_blank">Heartburn</a> during pregnancy is a burning sensation that is in your lower throat and is believed to be caused by changes in the bodies hormonal make up. You could get heartburn during pregnancy when the placenta produces hormone progesterone that relaxes the muscles of the uterus.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3T5jl0S7ff4/WNPd6fOrsKI/AAAAAAAAAEg/plXlWmkpeDEreENgOuXjwQqMBgBWvMtkwCK4B/s1600/heartburn-during-pregnancy.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="204" src="https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3T5jl0S7ff4/WNPd6fOrsKI/AAAAAAAAAEg/plXlWmkpeDEreENgOuXjwQqMBgBWvMtkwCK4B/s320/heartburn-during-pregnancy.jpg" width="320" /></a>When this hormone also relaxes the valve that separates the stomach from the esophagus it allows gastric acids to drip back up and, thus results in an unpleasant burning sensation. In addition, progesterone will slow down the wavelike contractions of the womens esophagus as well as intestines and thus greatly slow down digestion.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you find yourself getting heartburn during pregnancy here are various tips to help.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Heartburn During Pregnancy, Growing Babies Propel The Stomach Acids Back Into The Esophagus</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Heartburn during pregnancy occurs when the developing baby crowds the pregnant woman's abdominal cavity and thus pushes the stomach acids back up into the esophagus. It is normal for many pregnant women to complain of heartburn during pregnancy during the second half of their pregnancy though it usually comes and goes till the time of giving birth to the baby.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Heartburn During Pregnancy, Foods to Avoid</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It may not be feasible for one to completely eliminate heartburn during pregnancy but, one can take steps to reduce the discomfort. The pregnant woman may make a beginning by avoiding foods as well as beverages that result in gastrointestinal distress and are commonly known to cause heartburn during pregnancy. Most conventional avoidable foods include carbonated drinks, alcohol, caffeine, chocolates, and acidic foods such as citrus fruits as also juices, tomatoes, mustard and vinegar as well as processed meats, mint products and, also spicy and highly seasoned, fried and fatty foods.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Pregnant women should refrain from eating big meals and, should, instead, eat a few small meals during the day and, eat at a slow and stable pace and, also chew completely to escape heartburn during pregnancy. Pregnant women need to abstain from smoking and, should also avoid alcohol intake and, do some exercises such as bending at the knees instead of at the waist and, also wear loose, relaxing clothing and, not wear anything that is excessively tight around the waist and tummy.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Heartburn During Pregnancy, Methods of Relief</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Other ways of relieving heartburn during pregnancy include eating chewing gum prior to eating as it will help stimulate the salivary glands and, the saliva will aid in neutralizing acids. In addition, the pregnant mother may sleep with a few pillows being propped up or forming a wedge so that the upper body is raised and keeps the stomach acids where they belong and, thus help in digestion. She should also gain a reasonable amount of weight and not exceed the guidelines that the <a href="http://blackmafialife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">health care</a> provider suggests.</div>

Natural Remedy for Heartburn, Lifestyle Modifications</h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is not only what you eat that is relevant in curbing the painful symptoms of heartburn, but also when you eat it. Try to refrain from meals in the two to three hours before bedtime, since lying down after eating will make it easier for stomach acids to creep back up into the esophagus. When you do go to bed, elevating the head of your bed four to six inches will help to ensure that you wake in the morning symptom free. It is also a good idea to avoid exercise after a meal, although routine exercise can also be an effective natural heartburn remedy. If certain types of exercise appear to bring on your symptoms, talk to your doctor or personal trainer about better choices in your exercise program. Smoking is another culprit in causing or exacerbating heartburn symptoms, so here is another good reason to kick the habit.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Lastly, find ways to relax and moderate stress, since this stress can contribute to the factors that cause heartburn. Avoiding stress can be a significant natural remedy for heartburn. Sucking on hard candy (as long as it is not mint) can also restraint symptoms by increasing the saliva in the mouth that can act as a natural barrier to the digestive acids. Keep your clothing loose around the middle, since binding the stomach too closely can also contribute to symptoms. By systematically checking off the natural heartburn remedies on your list, you can be on the road to less pain and more symptom free days.</div>
